這是一支關於台灣的形象廣告，裡面甚至有微軟總裁 Bill Gates 現身說法。

Each time I visit Taiwan, I'm impressed with the innovative work that has been done here.
（每當我訪問台灣，總對在那兒完成的各種創新技術印象深刻。）

There's no doubt that Taiwan's IT industry contributes to great deal to making the PC more attractive and more affordable.
（毫無疑問地，台灣的 IT(Information Technology, 資訊科技) 產業致力於使個人電腦變得更有吸引力，也更能處理複雜的任務。）

雖然不知道這個影片是在什麼背景之下被完成的，不過對於台灣的正面形象應該滿有幫助的。
